Transformation of the economy means flexibility, adaptability and recognising opportunities. Changing market conditions, technologies and social requirements are forcing companies to help shape change in order to remain competitive and future-proof.

What opportunities can companies seize and what prerequisites are necessary for this? Are we fit for the future?

    • In her talk, Zamina Ahmad illustrates what data and algorithms do to people, how AI solutions eliminate discrimination and how companies can use diversity as a basis for high-performance results.
  • Alma Spribille | Founder of WEtell and business rebel
    • Alma Spribille says: "If you criticise turbo-capitualism, you have to do things differently yourself." She takes us on a journey to "do things differently" in her impulse.
  • Wolfgang Grupp | Entrepreneurial personality, TRIGEMA
