The stages have been dismantled, and yesterday 2,000 participants gathered at the SICK Arena in Freiburg. The discussions are still resonating. Perhaps you still have a notebook on your desk full of ideas that emerged at Käpsele 2026?
Whilst these impressions continue to resonate, we’re already looking ahead to the next chapter.
On 1 July 2027, Freiburg will once again become the meeting place for everyone who wants to shape the future.
Rooted in the region, open to the world.
With people from business, academia, start-ups, politics and civil society sharing their perspectives and developing new ones together.
In 2027, you can once again look forward to inspiring speakers, bold discussions, new formats and encounters that will continue to have an impact long after the festival has ended.

My favourite thing about the Käpsele Festival is seeing the Baden-Württemberg community come together, realising just how big innovation really is here, and watching the whole start-up world come to life.
